On top of that, you are allowed to add specific filters in CRM like my pipeline, my assigned partners, unassigned, unread messages, open opportunities, creation date, closed date, won, and lost. Moreover, you are free to create a custom filter as per your requirements.

You can obtain sufficient information about the leads after clicking on them. You can find the notes about your leads under the Internal Notes option. On top of that, you can get the details of contact information, company name, detailed address, website, language, title, job position, contact name, and mobile number using the Extra Information option. The meeting option can be used to get an overview of scheduled meetings or create a meeting with the leads.
With the Quotations option, you can obtain information about the sales orders and quotations sent. Odoo CRM has a key feature that helps spot similar leads based on the lead you have chosen. Now, click on the similar option to get the opportunities that bear a resemblance to the selected leads.
Click on the Quotation tab to create a new quotation. In the same manner, click on the new Rental button to create a new rental of the products. In addition, You can label the lead as WON or LOST based on the activities done and the analysis of the sales orders. Clicking on the Enrich button will allow you to enrich the opportunity with the company data as shown in the screenshot given below.
Additionally, you can archive, duplicate, and delete the lead. You can add to the call queue and enrich using the Action option. By clicking the EDIT button, you can edit the details as per your requirement. You can view the progress of the lead by checking the stages such as NEW, QUALIFIED, PROPOSITION, and WON.
Click on the plus symbol for quick inclusion of leads to the database. Enter the details such as the Name of the contract or company, the Name assigned to the opportunity, Phone number, Email address, Expected revenue, and the lead priority. Once you enter the details, click on the SAVE button to save the lead.
