As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and structuring all operations related to the implementation of Odoo for our clients in Madagascar. You will supervise project teams, ensure the profitability of missions, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in applying processes and contributing to local strategic development.
Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of the Captivea Method: Ensure the proper application of the Captivea methodology.
- Operations Management: Oversee Odoo projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and the quality of deliverables. Manage project allocation to optimize resources and skills.
- Team Management: Supervise business analysts, project managers, and developers to maximize their efficiency and engagement.
- Strategic Development: Adapt Captivea’s methodology to the Malagasy context, enhance local team skills, and contribute to project success.
- Client Relations: Work closely with project teams who act as primary client contacts while ensuring overall project follow-up and maintaining strong relationships on strategic and contractual aspects.
- Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on ERP market trends and Odoo developments to ensure optimal solution deployment.
- Pre-Sales Participation: Collaborate closely with sales teams, assisting in responding to requests for proposals and conducting product demonstrations.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in Odoo project management.
- Deep knowledge of Odoo software and its implementation challenges.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and budget management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of the local market and ability to tailor solutions to specific needs.
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written); English is a plus.
