As part of the growth of our web agency, we are looking for a motivated Sales to join our team.
You will be responsible for finalizing the sales process and managing business relationships with our prospects. You will play a strategic role in expanding our client portfolio and ensuring high satisfaction through solutions tailored to the needs of the web market.
Responsibilities
- Meeting management: Take charge of appointments scheduled by SDRs and prepare tailored presentations that address the prospects' needs.
- Negotiation and sales: Lead negotiations, present offers persuasively, handle objections, and close deals.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with SDRs and the agency’s technical teams.
- Team management: Oversee and manage the SDRs within your team.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally within digital solutions, web development, or a B2B environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and present complex solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Personal Qualities:
- Results-driven with a strong team spirit.
- Proactive, autonomous, and skilled in time management.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term client relationships. - Languages: Fluent in both spoken and written French.
- Education: Degree in business, management, digital marketing, or a related field.
